Jose Antonio Garcia (Likes to go by Tony) is an American actor working in theatre, television and film. Born in New Haven, CT, he moved to Chicago, IL after finishing school at the University of Connecticut and Indiana University, respectively. While most of his work has been in theatre, most recently he has focused more on TV and Film work.
