Paul Lazarus

Paul Lazarus is an American director, producer, and writer of film, television, and theatre. He was a Los Angeles Drama-Logue Best Director Award recipient for the play, The 24th Day (Coronet Theatre). Off-Broadway directing credits include Personals (Minetta Lane Theatre), Camping with Henry and Tom (Lucille Lortel Theatre), Cave Life (Circle Repertory), Epic Proportions (Judith Anderson Theatre), and Harry Ruby's Songs My Mother Never Sang (Stage 73) and regionally, he directed A Marc Blitzstein Tribute, Follies in Concert, and Scooter Thomas (Lincoln Center).

Writing credits include Lazarus' adaptation of You Never Know (Pasadena Playhouse) and co-author of A Tale of Charles Dickens with Janet Dulin Jones (L.A. Theatre Works).

Film screenplays include SlingShot, Seven Girlfriends, Joseph: King of Dreams, Desperate Housewife, Arousal, and First.
