Ronny Cox

Ronny Cox is an American character actor, singer-songwriter, and storyteller. His best-known film roles include Lieutenant Andrew Bogomil in Beverly Hills Cop, Richard ‘Dick’ Jones in RoboCop, the villain, Vilos Cohaagen, in Total Recall, and Drew Ballinger in Deliverance, Ronny wrote a book about his experience filming Deliverance for the movie's 40th anniversary.

Television credits include Vice President/Senator Robert Kinsey on Syfy’s Stargate SG-1, Director Alex Pierce III on CBS’ The Agency, James-Lee Delacroy on NBC’s Sweet Justice, Dr. John Gideon on NBC’s St. Elsewhere, and George Apple on CBS’ Apple Way.

Theatre credits include his Broadway debut as Jesse James/Reporter in Indians (Brooks Atkinson Theatre); and Off-Broadway, as Miles in The Happiness Cage (Newman Theatre), and Grey in Richard III, Vernon/1st Neighbor in The Chronicles of King Henry VI Part 1, and Bevis/ Sinkloe/Montague in The Chronicles of King Henry VI Part 2 (Delacorte Theatre).
